What is the Wyoming Lemon Law?

The Wyoming lemon law protects the consumer from defects in motor vehicles that substantially impair its use, value, or safety.  Generally speaking, if the vehicle has been repaired 2 to 4 times for the same defect within the warranty period and the defect has not been fixed, the car qualifies as a Lemon.  All states differ, so consult our Wyoming Summary  below.  Please be aware that the warranty period may not coincide with the Manufacturer's Warranty.
